UNITED NATIONS: Russia’s UN envoy Vasily Nebenzya accused Ukraine of breaking international law by placing air defense systems in populated areas.
“The real issue we should discuss today is the Ukrainian AD systems that are deployed in urban neighborhoods of Ukrainian cities, breaching the international humanitarian law,” the Russian representative stated at a UN Security Council session.
