ASTANA -The statistics agency reports that as of February 1, 2024, Kazakhstan had a population of 20,053,685 people. There was a population increase of more than 20 thousand people in January 2024, mainly due to urban expansion. The urban population rose by 22.65 thousand people, while the rural population dropped by 2.5 thousand people.
