Dr Shahid Qureshi senior political analyst based in London stated on MBC TV Channel that: “the gulf states should stress India not to meddle in Afghanistan. India has millions of people working in Middle East and Gulf and has economic interest. Middle Eastern countries should support fight against terrorism and stop those fueling it”. He was talking in a live show from the MBC studios in London.
He further said: “Indian consulates in Afghanistan are supporting terrorism in Pakistan. Indian has more consulates in Afghanistan than it has in the USA where over million Indian live. Peace process will continue as Taliban are a reality and ready to join the process. Afghan leader Hakamat Yar warned Iran not to export sectarianism as this has previously harmed Muslims in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria”.
