LONDON:Pakistan Military Academy Kakul achieved a remarkable feat by securing the 2nd position in the prestigious International Pace Sticking Competition held at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom. The competition witnessed the participation of 16 teams from around the world, where the team from Pakistan displayed exceptional skills, turnout and discipline, garnering widespread applause.

Havildar Nauman, representing 7 Punjab, was declared the Best Individual Drill Sergeant, showcasing his outstanding expertise and dedication to the art of drill. His exemplary performance contributed significantly to the success of the Pakistani team.

Expressing his appreciation, High Commissioner Moazzam Ahmad Khan felicitated the team on their outstanding achievement. “The Pakistan Team has once again demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism and excellence maintained by our armed forces,” stated the High Commissioner. “Their remarkable performance in the International Pace Sticking Competition reflects their relentless pursuit of perfection and the unwavering commitment to upholding the traditions of the Pakistani military.”

The Pace Sticking Competition, which has been held in the UK since 1928, is deeply rooted in the history of the Royal Regiment of Artillery. This renowned event brings together teams from various nations, showcasing their exceptional precision, coordination, and military bearing.
