RBPF hosts high tea for His Royal Highness of Brunei

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahaman yesterday attended a high tea reception held in conjunction with His Royal Highness’ 49th birthday celebration.

The ceremony was hosted by the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) at the Banquet Hall, RBPF headquarters in Jalan Gadong.

Accompanying Their Royal Highnesses were His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Malik and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Raabi’atul ‘Adawiyyah binti Pengiran Haji Bolkiah; Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, Commandant of the Women’s Police and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz bin Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar.

Their Royal Highnesses were greeted upon arrival by Commissioner of the RBPF Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohammad Irwan bin Haji Hambali and spouse Pengiran Datin Hajah Zauyah binti Pengiran Haji Sulaiman as well as Deputy Commissioner of the RBPF Dato Seri Pahlawan Sulaiman bin Alidin and spouse.

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah signed a commemorative parchment prior to a group photo with RBPF officers.

The event continued with a cake-cutting ceremony featuring a birthday song by the RBPF choir and the presentation of a pesambah.

Their Royal Highnesses then joined a santap.

Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof and Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah were also present.
