TASHKENT, Uzbekistan: Uzbekistan’s passport has made remarkable progress, reaching the 128th spot among 199 countries in the VisaGuide.World ranking. Since the start of this year, Uzbek citizens can travel visa-free to 31 countries, and obtain a visa-on-arrival in 32 countries. Uzbekistan benefits from visa-free agreements Uzbekistan has gained new visa-free partners, as Iran, Qatar, and Mongolia have declared a visa-free regime for Uzbek citizens. Uzbekistan has also offered a “visa-free regime” to Qataris in return. The world’s most powerful passports in 2024 The Spanish passport has topped the list of the most powerful passports in the world for 2024, with a score of 90.36. The passports of Germany, Singapore, Italy, and France are close behind, forming the top-five list of the strongest passports for 2024. The VisaGuide.World Passport Index assesses and ranks the passports of 199 countries and territories based on various criteria to measure their strength. The Spanish passport, with its high score, enables its holders to visit a large number of countries with less travel restrictions. Germany, with a score of 90.26, and Singapore, with a score of 90.21, are the second and third most powerful passports, respectively.
