There is no doubt that RAW’s investment on Pakistani political parties is deep and ‘patriotic elements’ in the security establishment are struggling who to get first. The recent episode of Indian RAW agent and terrorist Kulbhusahn Yadav seems another effort of scoring own goal which Pakistani corrupt official are good at. The International Court of Justice had no jurisdiction on this case because local higher court option was not explored but Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif government accepted the ICJ jurisdiction. That’s what Pakistanis are doing now with the May 2020 Ordinance in Pakistan to create an option of right of appeal. The behaviour of the Indian diplomats in Islamabad was reported as ‘strange’ as they seems to have abandon their agent code name ‘Monkey’, operating from Iranian port city of Chabhar.
The problem seems to be is that, foreign agencies including RAW’s ingress in the Pakistani official system is deep from Politics, bureaucracy, judiciary, lawyers, media and one don’t know where to start clearing up especially 22500 Western and US national top officials. For example, if a foreign government twist both arms of Malik Riaz Hussain, who was found guilty by British NCA (National Crime Agency), the owner of Bahria town also owns private army of retried generals, the beans he is going spill will be few ton. That’s why Pakistan army should stop its old boys joining the con men’s private army.
In 2016, on my opinion few years ago Chinese Government refused to accept the jurisdiction of International Court of Justice (ICJ), court of arbitration about South China Sea Islands dispute, and now both Philippine and China are best friends.

If Kubhushan Yadav was a Pakistani ISI spy arrested in India, they would have gone to UN Security Council, Indian Bollywood have made few movies, and this would have been opening statement of Indian prime minister at all forums. Sadly, Pakistan has a treacherous regime of PML-N headed by now former prime minister Nawaz Sharif blood brother of Narandar Modi Indian prime minister, who can come to his home in Jati Umra without visa.
Three Pakistani soldiers were killed at the Line of Control in Kashmir soon after the meeting of convicted Indian RAW spy Commander (Navy) Kulbhushan Yaddav with his wife and mother in a special bombproof container parked in the ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad on 25th December 2017. This extreme act of generosity offered by ‘Sharif Brothers’ run Pakistani regime to a convicted terrorist of an enemy country is beyond imagination and comprehension.
This clearly shows how weak and vulnerable Pakistan’s establishment is, as on the one hand its application of full force and all means to its own citizens but how flowery it is to the foreign terrorists, be it US terrorist Raymond Davis or Indian RAW agent Commander Kulbhushan Yadav.
Three years ago, Sharif brother’s Punjab police killed dozens of unarmed PAT workers including women in cold blood in broad day light. Not a single police official was suspended or arrested for these broad day light murders to date. That proves that Pakistan’s high officials are not only incompetent, dishonest and corrupt but also compromised in the hands of foreign agencies.
This is a security breach issue both at national and international levels. The ill-gotten wealth of Zardari and Nawaz Sharif is being used as an arm twisting tool and as long as they are in power nothing is safe be it nuclear assets or land of Pakistan.
There is no doubt that Pakistan is being run by Mafia families like drugs Cali Cartels in Columbia and Mexico. Interestingly these Cartels on the one hand had full support of CIA as an ‘asset’ as they were used against communist FARC Rebels but on the other hand DEA (drug enforcement agency) was fighting a war to bring them down. However, in Pakistan we see two bigger mafia groups Sharif and Zardari-Bhutto Cartels as both have enjoyed US protection in the case of NRO with Bhuttos and luxury exile for Sharifs in Saudi Arabia.
Therefore, in time of difficulty Indian establishment activate their friends in Pakistan and US establishment to get things done. This is exactly what happened in the case of five-star meeting of an Indian convicted terrorist with his wife and mother. According to reports Pakistan’s anti-army bent foreign minister Khawaja Asif was given this ‘mission’ by both Nawaz Sharif and Americans to get the counsellor access for this Indian spy.
Both objectives have been achieved as Indian deputy high commissioner has seen their spy code name ‘Monkey’ alive and healthy as well as his wife and mother could have coded conversation with him for 40 minutes. Pakistani authorities at the foreign office have kept the shoes of his wife as there was an electronic ‘chip’ found in them. So, what did Pakistan get out of this seriously, nothing.
Pakistan don’t need any enemy as long as they have corrupted and compromised Sharif Mafia and Zardari Cartels. When Indian businessman Sajan Jandal came to see Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad asking for the relief for Kulbhushan, he was taken to Murree Hill resort in violation visa rules as he only had visa for Islamabad. In his previous term Nawaz Sharif ordered issuance of five years multiple Pakistani visa to Indian billionaire Dehrubahi Ambani from Pakistan high commission in London.
As a good asset Nawaz Sharif used all means to sabotage the success of the Pakistani security services. He never uttered a word about his arrest and conviction of Raw agent Kubhushan Yadav. Instead he sent a lawyer to international court when that court does not have jurisdiction. It is illogical that without exhausting local legal options one goes straight to the international courts. Both Zardari and Nawaz Sharif are part of a plan as “having an India friendly government in Pakistan and anti-Pakistan government in Afghanistan to stretch the armed forces of Pakistan”.
In case of Pan Am flight 103, also called Lockerbie bombing, flight of a passenger airliner operated by Pan American World Airways (Pan Am) that exploded over Lockerbie, Scotland, on December 21, 1988, after a bomb was detonated. All 259 people on board were killed, and 11 individuals on the ground also died. The trial against Libyan nationals was conducted at Camp Zeist, the town of Zeist, set in woodland 18 miles from Amsterdam in Netherland. The 100-acre site was to be remain as Scottish soil until the end of the trial.
In case of Mumbai terrorist attacks Zardari Regime did not demand similar kind of trial as in Pan Am flight 103. Instead Zardari regime was sending ISI chief Gen. Shuja Pasha to Delhi to help Indians in investigations. On the other hand, like a good Indian asset Nawaz Sharif was confirming the identity of only surviving terrorist Ajmal Kasab as Pakistani. However, Police Chief of Maharashtra province said: “Kasab was in the custody of Indian agencies at the time of Mumbai attacks. He filed a case in the high court for the re investigations of the Mumbai Attacks”.
While talking to me from Mumbai former Police Chief of Maharashtra confirmed that: “he has filed a case in the high court and seeking re-investigations of Mumbai Attacks”.
US policy at home and abroad are always different as they don’t make it a moral or ethical issue. Only if Khawaja Asif could just ask the Indian-US messengers about the case of Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard who was serving life sentence in a US prison. He was a US citizen at the time of arrest by the FBI. Later Israeli government accepted that he as their agent and granted him Israeli citizenship. All Israeli prime ministers have made official and personal requests to all the US presidents for the release of Jonathan Pollard. Apart from all the special relationship and strong Jewish lobby, USA refused the release of Israeli spy.
However, Pollard was freed on strict parole conditions in 2015 after serving 30 years for giving secrets to Israel. Pollard’s lawyer Eliot Lauer tried to win a relaxation of conditions requiring Pollard to submit to a curfew and monitoring of his workplace computer and his whereabouts.
He pleaded guilty in 1986. Prosecutors say he gave secrets to Israeli agents in 1984 and 1985 when he worked as an intelligence research specialist in the U.S. Navy.
Pakistan is facing bigger threats from inside as the system is collapsed and enemy agents within are turning successes into defeats. The policy of appeasement by bent assets are undermining the state of Pakistan.
Pakistan needs extraordinary measures to deal with these challenges and cancer of treachery of elite now not tomorrow. Any delay would be betrayal to the blood of those soldiers dying every day on all sides of the borders.
To counter them Pakistan needs to take extra ordinary measures in special circumstances and it all starts from a good honest Police SHO at the station. As they say, ‘If it is important you will find a solution and if not, you will find an excuse’.
