BATKEN,Kyrygzstan:A 22-year-old woman, E. kyzy O., has gone missing from Batken regional hospital, where she had delivered a baby on January 5. The woman, who hails from Leilek district, was supposed to leave the hospital with her newborn, but she left the maternity ward around 6 am without informing anyone and has not been seen since then.

The police suspect that the woman may be suffering from postpartum psychosis, a rare but serious mental disorder that can affect new mothers. Symptoms of this condition include extreme mood changes, confusion, hallucinations, and suicidal or homicidal thoughts. The police believe that this may have influenced her decision to flee the hospital.

The Department of Internal Affairs of Batken city is conducting a search operation to find the missing woman and has launched an investigation into the case. The investigators are looking into the possible motives and clues that could help them locate her.

Meanwhile, the hospital staff and the authorities are taking care of the infant, who was left behind by the mother. They are concerned about the health and safety of the baby, who needs the mother’s care and attention. They are also hoping that the woman will be found soon and reunited with her child.
