Mild 4.2 Earthquake strikes Southern Israel, No injuries

DIMONA, Israel – A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck near Dimona in southern Israel early today, triggering alerts across the Dead Sea region and parts of the southern Negev.

According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), the epicentre was located close to Dimona.

Israel’s Magen David Adom emergency service reported no injuries or damage from the quake.
