Putin’s vision for Russia: national projects to enhance quality of life and economic growth

MOSCOW(TASS)- Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a number of bold national projects to improve the living standards of the people and boost the country’s development in his annual State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly.

The “Family” project is one of the key initiatives, which aims to provide more support for families with children and encourage higher birth rates. Putin stressed the need to continue working for the welfare of families with children and launched this new national project.

The “Data Economy” project is a plan to leverage technology for economic growth, which will get significant funding for the next six years. This project aims to create digital platforms for key sectors, enabling effective planning and customized delivery of government services.

The “Technological Sovereignty” project is a plan to strengthen Russia’s technological independence through new national projects in vital sectors such as production tools, robotics, transportation systems, and novel materials. Putin emphasized the need to promote innovation and produce globally competitive products based on domestic expertise.
